Serviced apartment operator Staycity has announced the opening date for a new London aparthotel which will be the first under its new premium brand, Wilde Aparthotels by Staycity.
Dublin-based Staycity will open ‘Wilde Aparthotels London The Strand’, close to Charing Cross and Covent Garden in central London, on March 12th.
A former office building at 11 Adam Street was redeveloped to create the new 106-room aparthotel.
Features of the design-led luxury aparthotel include solid oak flooring, air conditioning, a comfy XL-sized bed, rainfall shower and Nespresso machines as standard.
The latest intelligent in-room technology has been incorporated including a 43” flat screen smart TV and touch control panels for lighting, air conditioning, towel rails and blinds.
Jason Delany, Staycity’s director of brand, product & marketing commented: “Wilde has a strong personality making reference to its Irish heritage and the local surroundings. With its fantastic central location – close to London’s theatreland and West End – as well the City and conference venues, Wilde will be popular with both business guests and tourists.”
Following the London opening, a second Wilde aparthotel will open on Edinburgh’s historic King’s Stables Road with further properties to follow in Manchester and Berlin.
