Dublin-based serviced apartment provider Staycity is opening its second aparthotel in Liverpool next month.
The brand new apartments open on October 19th in the Corn Exchange building between Fenwick Street and Drury Lane in the heart of Liverpool‘s commercial district close to James Street Merseyrail Station.
23 full and part time jobs have been created at the new 212-apartment property which will offer studios, one bed and two bed apartments.
Tom Walsh, CEO of Staycity Group, commented: “I’m particularly pleased to be opening in such a vibrant, busy area of this exciting city, which will be perfect for both our leisure and business visitors. Corn Exchange very much fits with our strategy of being in central locations in key UK and European cities.”
The new opening is in addition to Staycity’s existing 56 room aparthotel in nearby Duke Street and both sites will be managed by Kearon McCarthy.
Facilities at Staycity Liverpool, Corn Exchange include a Staycafé selling drinks, breakfasts and snacks, a fitness room, comfy lounge for working, relaxing or socialising, a laundry room, 24-hour reception desk and guest parking.
